Hey IMPs - The reputation system has been around for a while, but no one really uses it besides to neg-rep someone. I added a few limitations to reputation:

- must have 10 or more forum posts for vote to count
- can only vote 10 times a day
- 2 minute delay between votes

Hopefully this will help to prevent neg-rep sprees. Start using the reputation feature more on posts or threads you like!
